All orders are processed within an estimated timeframe of 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods, promotional campaigns, product launches, or special events, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Processing times are separate from shipping times.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Domestic Shipping: 2 to 7 business days
• International Shipping: 5 to 15 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination, logistics operations, customs procedures, and carrier performance.

3. External Circumstances & Force Majeure

Our company reserves the right to extend processing and delivery times due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Customs inspections or clearance delays
• National strikes, road blockages, or civil disturbances
• Severe weather conditions
• Government restrictions

In such cases, customers will be notified and delivery will be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for transit lies with the shipping carrier.

While we will assist customers in resolving shipping issues, delays or incidents occurring during transit are the responsibility of the carrier.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Delays & Resolution Options

If a shipment is delayed due to extraordinary circumstances, we reserve the right to:

• Reschedule the shipment
• Offer store credit
• Re-ship the product
• Provide an alternative solution at our discretion
